Sodexo Motivation Solutions organised a ‘bring your kids to work day’ to help working parents deal with Wednesday’s public sector strike.
As a leading childcare voucher provider we understand the importance of childcare and the challenges that many parents face around managing their children’s care during the working day. The company therefore put on a kids day to help staff in the company turn this into a positive experience rather than a negative one.
Starting at 0830 and lasting till 1700, the day involved entertainers in the boardrooms, face painting, balloon modelling and movies, as well as the 16 kids putting on a show around the theme of ‘what I want to do when I grow up. After this day, they were certainly convinced that work is fun and some even asked about the next strike…!!
