“Calling on Youth” – Motivating Generation Y in contact centres

In this white paper we reveal the results of a revealing new survey that highlights GenerationY’s perceptions of working for a UK contact centre. In an effort to represent the views of Generation Y on a range of work-related topics, a sample group of 401 respondents was drawn at random from an online panel of individuals aged between 16 and 28.
