Are you looking for cost effective ways to incentivise personnel and reward them for their commitment?
We are pleased to announce that our recommended employee computer and mobile scheme provider, Micro-P, has launched a new employee mobile scheme (EMS) that allows UK businesses to reward and incentivise employees with the latest mobile phones, including the new iPhone 4s.
According to Micro-P, which is working with operators O2, Three and Orange, the new scheme is completely free of charge for businesses to implement.
“Most UK businesses are under financial pressure and looking for cost effective ways to incentivise personnel and reward them for their commitment and increased workload,” said Simon Slater, Business Manager at Micro-P.
“The no fee Micro-P scheme enables businesses to engage and retain personnel and gives employees access to the very latest in consumer technology without the associated complex paper trail, extra workload and costs that are often found with other incentive plans,” Slater added.
The scheme is suitable for companies of all sizes, offers a wide choice of employee reward options and is backed by UK tax experts, BDO LLP. Employers can save up to 13.8% on National Insurance contributions and use it as an opportunity to encourage long term employee engagement. Employees can save up to 42% on typical tax and National Insurance contributions and can use the scheme to pay for their up to the minute personal mobile phone contract through their salary.
Brochures, e-shots, posters, road shows, direct mail pieces and flyers are also provided free of charge to help participating businesses market the scheme to employees and roll it out successfully within the work place. A dedicated web portal enables employees to enrol in the scheme safely and securely and all scheme applications and management of handset connections are taken care of by EMS operators who are also on hand to answer any questions.
Micro-P is one of the leading business and retail distributors in the UK and a wholly owned subsidiary of parent company DCC, Ireland’s 8th largest company.
